2. Minimalist Data Philosophy
I believe in digital sovereignty and absolute data ownership. I do not use commercial trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party behavioral cookies. The data that flows through my tools is kept to the absolute minimum necessary to offer the service.
3. AI Summary Helper Data Routing
When you generate a summary, the text payload is temporarily routed to our secure German edge nodes (api.byphil.eu) before being passed safely to OpenRouter. No search histories, summarized contents, or contextual documents are stored or logged permanently on our servers. Your prompts are never used for downstream AI model training.
4. PetSetLife Companion Data
All companion schedules, nutritional diaries, and vaccination records are saved inside your private database space, encrypted, and linked exclusively to your authenticated email address. I do not sell, share, or analyze pet-related health logs.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access, rectification, or immediate deletion of all data associated with your authenticated email address. Simply contact legal@byphil.eu.
