Terms of Service
1. General Agreement
These terms govern your use of the tools created by Phil Wornath, including AI Summary Helper, PetSetLife, Matrix, and related byphil services. By using the services or acquiring a Support Pass, you agree to these terms.
2. Account & License Ownership
Subscriptions and premium access are linked directly to your authenticated email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for safeguarding any active session on your devices.
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
The tools are intended for normal human use in reading, research, tracking, and personal organization. Automated abuse, continuous high-volume stress testing, unauthorized scraping through our gateways, or reselling access may lead to suspension or removal of service access.
4. Billing Provider
Subscription processing, VAT handling, and checkout execution may be managed by authorized payment providers such as Paddle or Stripe, depending on the product flow in use at the time of purchase.
Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance
1. Data Controller

2. Minimalist Data Philosophy
Digital sovereignty and minimal data retention are core principles. Commercial trackers, marketing pixels, and third-party behavioral cookie systems are avoided wherever possible. Only the minimum data needed to provide the service is processed.
3. AI Summary Helper Data Routing
When a summary is generated, content may be routed through secure byphil infrastructure before being sent to the selected AI provider. Prompts and article content are not stored permanently for profiling or advertising purposes.
4. PetSetLife and Account Data
Account-linked records, preferences, and app data are stored only as necessary to operate the tools. Data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising use. Authenticated users can export or delete their account data directly through the account area when available.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing where applicable. Requests can be sent to hi@philwornath.de.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. EU Withdrawal Context
For digital services, statutory withdrawal rights may expire once service performance has started. This can include first use of premium or subscription-based features.
2. Voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee
A voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee may be offered for Support Pass purchases. Refund requests within that period should be made through the payment receipt flow or by contacting support with the purchase details.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Active subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. When cancelled, access generally remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.
