1. General Agreement
These terms govern your use of the tools created by Phil Wornath (including AI Summary Helper and PetSetLife). By acquiring a Support Pass, you unlock premium tiers of our apps using safe, passwordless One-Time Password (OTP) email logins.
2. Account & License Ownership
Subscriptions are linked directly to your authenticated personal email address. You are responsible for keeping your email session token secure.
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
My tools are intended for standard human reading, tracking, and personal organization. Automated scripting, continuous high-volume server stress-testing, bulk scraping via our gateways, or trying to resell proxy bandwidth will result in immediate suspension of your Support Pass without prior warning.
4. Billing Provider
Subscription processing, localized European VAT tax calculations, and secure checkout frameworks are managed entirely by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our authorized Merchant of Record.
